Teens and Adults -  $75/month

New Member Special Offer
Start classes for the standard monthly fee. With the first month's dues, your will receive jujitsu classes and membership with the American Judo and Jujitsu Federation. With the second month's dues, you will receive jujitsu classes and a free jujitsu uniform.

A Word About Our Fees
All of our instructors teach on a strictly volunteer basis. This allows us to keep our fees low. Make no mistake, our instructors are nationally certified black belts. Makoto Kai has been dedicated to teaching martial arts in Woodland for over 30 years.

Other Programs

Makoto Kai also offers multiple yoga classes throughout the week as well as instruction in massage therapy. Danzan Ryu has a rich history of teaching massage alongside jujitsu and Makoto Kai founder Cynthia Frueh continues this tradition today. More information can be found at www.makotokaihealingarts.com.
